The WAOP conference of 2025 is set to take place on November 21st in Nijmegen. Organized by Radboud University, the conference will bring together scholars, practitioners, and students from the Netherlands, and beyond.

The theme of this conference—Strong Foundations, Sustainable Future—reflects the dual legacy of tradition and forward-thinking that characterises Dutch Work Psychology research and practice. Dutch work psychology has consistently addressed the evolving issues that workplaces and workers face. These efforts have shaped the discipline locally and contributed to international advancements in work psychology. This conference is organised to continue this tradition of researching work and providing the evidence needed to understand and shape it for the future.
